Alinox Verona was founded in 1987 through a partnership and the initiative of Daniele Annechini and Emanuela Albrigi. Building on Luigi Albrigi’s twenty years of experience in stainless steel processing, they have built this successful story day after day, reaching a 30-year milestone.

The history of Alinox Verona is one of professionalism, care, and precision in the production of stainless-steel items starting with a technical construction design. From the idea to the product, running through design, Alinox follows, supports, and satisfies customers, becoming a reliable partner for important companies.
OUR HISTORY
From our beginnings, we have been dedicated to producing cooling coils and heat exchangers in stainless steel, higher alloys, and titanium, mainly for the food and purification sectors.
In 2000, we expanded our production area to perform heavier metalwork, extending the maximum processing thickness from 4 mm to 10 mm. In 2003, the first products with PED certification were manufactured. In 2010, Alinox Verona entered the pharmaceutical sector, producing a series of reactors and fermenters for biotechnology. In 2011, resting on our experience in finished surfaces with controlled roughness, we began to produce laboratory equipment for the German market. In 2012, the first evaporator for the nuclear sector was produced with full material traceability. In 2014, we entered the hydrogen market, supplying components for hydrolysis systems.
In 2016, Alinox Verona moved to its new site in Quinto di Valpantena, expanding and modernizing its spaces and optimizing company organization. In 2017, we reached our 30th anniversary, a milestone that we celebrated together with all collaborators, customers, and friends that have supported us up to now.
OUR STAFF
Today, Alinox Verona relies on a cohesive group of 20 employees and numerous collaborators and external professionals. The operational synergy between our technical office and production area is one of the secrets to reaching our goals.
TECHNICAL OFFICE
Our skilled and qualified technical office provides support in defining projects and translates them into production drawings. It provides calculations and technical sheets for pressure equipment with type approval based on the PED regulation. This follows testing with the certification body, the dossier accompanying the certification, and certification of the construction. Our experience includes many projects for industry: heat exchangers, tanks, mixers, cryogenic columns, collectors, reactors, and fermenters.
WELDERS
The key to our production is undoubtedly our team of expert welders and metalworkers, whose artisan skill and care is expressed in their work every day. Creating a good weld, whether manually or mechanically, is a complex operation requiring specific professional skills: knowledge of the raw materials and various production and processing techniques. Our welding personnel are qualified, undergo continuous training, and hold WPQ. In addition to welding, each worker is trained to perform all the necessary steps to build the entire product: assembly, spot welding, bending, cutting, and calendering. Extensive knowledge of each process is essential for ensuring optimal product quality, especially when producing individual pieces.
THE SHOP
We operate with a well-equipped shop to process sheet metal, tubes, and plates. We have our own warehouse of raw and semi-finished materials that allows us to optimize production times, accelerating delivery of the various products. The department houses modern automatic systems for longitudinal and circular TIG welding on diameters from 10 mm to 2500 mm and thicknesses from 0.8 mm to 10 mm. The utmost attention is dedicated to the manufacturing environment and healthiness of the work area. The warehouse is bright, heated, and well ventilated. All wastewater from mechanical processing is purified.
