Thermal Insulation

Alinox Verona manufactures various thermally conditioned products in stainless steel. Heat exchange usually occurs via coils, tubes, or cooling jackets filled with a heat exchange fluid. Good insulation is necessary to prevent the dispersion of heat and respect energy efficiency standards. The insulation is composed of external finishes in stainless steel and an insulator consisting of mineral wool or expanded polyurethane. The insulation may be covered with a series of thin shaped and riveted metal sheets or with a resistant welded jacket.
